The Neighborhood Care Network of Open Bible Christian Center designates eleven geographic communities in Rapid City and the surrounding area and further delineates neighborhoods in each community as the structure and vehicle to best care for our constituents. Each geographic area is overseen by lay leaders who have as their mission:

CONNECTING AND CARING BY:

· Meeting physical, emotional and spiritual needs within the neighborhood.

· Fostering a sense of “belonging” by welcoming newcomers.

· Touching those who have been absent.

· Facilitating opportunities for fellowship.

· Reaching out to all neighbors with the love of Jesus.

· Serving one another.
