Institute of Theology by Extension (INSTE) provides opportunity for further theological study here at OBCC. The intensive study encourages growth and insists on applying the knowledge of God to your life.

This college level curriculum is divided into two levels of study. The first level, called “ministry training”, is designed to develop disciples of Christ. The purpose of the second level, “leadership development”, is to prepare you for church leadership.

INSTE is committed to molding students to “Do your best to present yourself to God as one approved, a workman who does not need to be ashamed and who correctly handles the word of truth”, as 2 Timothy 2:15 describes. Students are able to maintain their job, ministry and family life while studying. The classes meet one time per week at the Open Bible Christian Center campus. Class enrollment fees are moderate enough to fit in most budgets.
